Neurofilament Light Proteins (NFL) werden h\u00e4ufig verwendet, um das Vorhandensein oder Fortschreiten von Alzheimer und anderen neurodegenerativen Erkrankungen zu testen. Der genetische Beitrag, der zu erh\u00f6hten NFL-Spiegeln im Blut f\u00fchrt, ist nicht gut verstanden.
