Die h\u00e4ufigsten Erfahrungen sind Halluzinationen und Wahnvorstellungen. Obwohl diese psychotischen Erfahrungen neben Trauma, Stress oder Drogenmissbrauch auftreten k\u00f6nnen, k\u00f6nnen sie auch ein Symptom f\u00fcr eine zugrunde liegende psychiatrische Erkrankung sein. Um die genetischen Ursachen von Psychosen und ihren Zusammenhang mit psychiatrischen Erkrankungen besser zu verstehen, analysierte diese Studie die genetischen Daten von 127.966 Personen europ\u00e4ischer Abstammung, die selbst \u00fcber ihre psychotischen Erfahrungen berichteten. Die 4 entdeckten Varianten zeigten Zusammenh\u00e4nge zwischen psychotischen Erfahrungen und Major Depression, Autismus-Spektrum-St\u00f6rung, ADHS sowie Schizophrenie.
