Diese Studie untersuchte 51.372 Personen d\u00e4nischer und isl\u00e4ndischer Abstammung, um genetische Varianten im Zusammenhang mit CUD zu finden. Die st\u00e4rkste identifizierte Assoziation bestand mit einer Variante, die die Expression des CHRNA2-Gens im Gehirn verringert.
