Je intelligenter eine Person ist, desto wahrscheinlicher ist es, dass sie ein langes, gesundes Leben f\u00fchrt und weniger negative Lebensereignisse wie Insolvenz erlebt. Um den genetischen Einfluss der Intelligenz besser zu verstehen, analysierte diese Studie Daten aus mehreren fr\u00fcheren genomweiten Assoziationsstudien. Insgesamt wurden 78.308 Personen europ\u00e4ischer Abstammung auf Auswirkungen der Genetik auf die Intelligenz untersucht.
