Umweltfaktoren, einschlie\u00dflich einiger Herbizide, Pestizide und Radonexposition wurde mit einem erh\u00f6hten Risiko f\u00fcr die Entwicklung von CLL in Verbindung gebracht. Diese Studie fand mehrere genetische Varianten, die mit einem erh\u00f6hten Risiko f\u00fcr die Entwicklung von CLL verbunden sind, nachdem das Genom von 10.767 Personen europ\u00e4ischer Abstammung untersucht wurde. Diese neu entdeckten Varianten erkl\u00e4ren ungef\u00e4hr 1% der Heritabilit\u00e4t f\u00fcr CLL und fast 17% in Kombination mit zuvor entdeckten Varianten.
