Membran\u00f6se Nephropathie (MN) ist eine<em> Autoimmun<\/em> Krankheit, die zu Nierenversagen f\u00fchrt. Diese genomweite Assoziationsstudie versuchte, genetische Varianten zu identifizieren, die mit einem erh\u00f6hten Risiko f\u00fcr membran\u00f6se Nephropathie verbunden sind. Durch die Untersuchung der genetischen Daten von \u00fcber 12.000 Personen ostasiatischer und europ\u00e4ischer Abstammung korrelierten 4 Regionen des Genoms mit einem erh\u00f6hten MN-Risiko.
