Es ist der dritth\u00e4ufigste Krebs in den Vereinigten Staaten, aber genetische Risikofaktoren sind noch wenig bekannt. Diese Studie untersuchte 125.478 Personen europ\u00e4ischer und ostasiatischer Abstammung und entdeckte 30 neue genetische Varianten, die mit dem Risiko der Entwicklung dieser Erkrankung verbunden sind.
