In schweren F\u00e4llen kann AA lebensbedrohlich werden. In dieser genomweiten Assoziationsstudie wurde versucht, Varianten zu identifizieren, die mit dem Risiko einer schweren aplastischen An\u00e4mie verbunden sind, indem genetische Informationen von fast 3.000 Personen europ\u00e4ischer Herkunft untersucht wurden. Die Ergebnisse zeigten 2 genetische Regionen, die mit dem Risiko einer schweren AA verbunden sind.
