En fait, l&rsquo;adulte moyen au Royaume-Uni consacre en moyenne 5 heures par jour \u00e0 des activit\u00e9s comme celle-ci. Cependant, la recherche sugg\u00e8re que de longues p\u00e9riodes de comportements s\u00e9dentaires pourraient augmenter le risque d&rsquo;un individu de d\u00e9velopper des maladies comme la maladie coronarienne.
