Les cancers du sein sont class\u00e9s par<em> r\u00e9cepteurs<\/em> les cellules canc\u00e9reuses ont \u00e0 l&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur. Cette classification est utile pour pr\u00e9dire les r\u00e9sultats et les traitements efficaces. Les cancers du sein qui utilisent le r\u00e9cepteur du facteur de croissance \u00e9pidermique humain 2 (HER2 +) repr\u00e9sentent 15 \u00e0 30% de tous les cancers du sein. Les cancers du sein HER2 + sont historiquement associ\u00e9s \u00e0 un mauvais pronostic et \u00e0 une r\u00e9cidive accrue, mais il existe maintenant de nouveaux m\u00e9dicaments qui ciblent sp\u00e9cifiquement le r\u00e9cepteur HER2 et am\u00e9liorent la survie. Les cancers de type HER2 enrichis ont le r\u00e9cepteur HER2 mais n&rsquo;ont pas d&rsquo;autre hormone<em> r\u00e9cepteurs<\/em> comme<em> r\u00e9cepteurs<\/em> pour les \u0153strog\u00e8nes ou la progest\u00e9rone. Cette \u00e9tude d&rsquo;association \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle du g\u00e9nome a examin\u00e9 pr\u00e8s de 266 000 personnes d&rsquo;ascendance europ\u00e9enne pour identifier des variantes g\u00e9n\u00e9tiques associ\u00e9es \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents types de cancer du sein, y compris les cancers de type HER2.
