Cette \u00e9tude d\u00e9finit sp\u00e9cifiquement la long\u00e9vit\u00e9 comme une vie plus longue que 90% des personnes. Bien que des facteurs tels que l&rsquo;alimentation et l&rsquo;acc\u00e8s aux soins de sant\u00e9 influencent la dur\u00e9e de vie d&rsquo;un individu, la g\u00e9n\u00e9tique joue \u00e9galement un r\u00f4le dans la long\u00e9vit\u00e9. Cette \u00e9tude d&rsquo;association pang\u00e9nomique a examin\u00e9 plus de 36 000 individus d&rsquo;ascendance europ\u00e9enne pour d\u00e9terminer les facteurs g\u00e9n\u00e9tiques associ\u00e9s \u00e0 la long\u00e9vit\u00e9. L&rsquo;\u00e9tude a trouv\u00e9 10 variantes g\u00e9n\u00e9tiques li\u00e9es au trait, mais aussi \u00e0 la dur\u00e9e de vie et \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 des parents. Le variant avec l&rsquo;association la plus forte (rs429358) est dans le g\u00e8ne APOE et est li\u00e9 \u00e0 la maladie d&rsquo;Alzheimer. Cette variante \u00e0 elle seule conf\u00e8re environ 1,7 plus de chances de vivre plus longtemps que 90% des personnes.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>LE SAVIEZ-VOUS?<\/strong> Les \u00abzones bleues\u00bb sont des endroits dans le monde o\u00f9 les individus ont tendance \u00e0 vivre beaucoup plus longtemps que la moyenne.
