Les humains poss\u00e8dent environ 350 g\u00e8nes de r\u00e9cepteurs olfactifs qui peuvent chacun d\u00e9tecter un certain nombre de compos\u00e9s odorants diff\u00e9rents qui, ensemble, peuvent cr\u00e9er un grand nombre de parfums diff\u00e9rents.
