Cela se produit lorsque les deux cavit\u00e9s sup\u00e9rieures du c\u0153ur battent en d\u00e9synchronisation avec les cavit\u00e9s inf\u00e9rieures. Cela provoque g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement une faiblesse et un essoufflement.
