Une petite taille de disque optique est corr\u00e9l\u00e9e \u00e0 la vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9 des nerfs optiques \u00e0 diverses maladies d\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ratives. Pour mieux comprendre les d\u00e9terminants g\u00e9n\u00e9tiques de la taille du disque optique, cette \u00e9tude a analys\u00e9 les g\u00e9nomes de plus de 95 000 individus d&rsquo;ascendance europ\u00e9enne et d\u00e9couvert 115 variantes g\u00e9n\u00e9tiques associ\u00e9es \u00e0 la taille du disque optique, dont 90 sont nouvelles.
