La lipoprot\u00e9ine de basse densit\u00e9, LDL, est associ\u00e9e \u00e0 son accumulation dans le sang et \u00e0 un risque accru de maladies cardiaques et d&rsquo;accident vasculaire c\u00e9r\u00e9bral. Cependant, la lipoprot\u00e9ine de haute densit\u00e9, HDL, est li\u00e9e \u00e0 une baisse de ses niveaux car elle aide \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9liminer de votre circulation sanguine. Cette \u00e9tude a examin\u00e9 les facteurs de risque g\u00e9n\u00e9tiques contribuant aux maladies li\u00e9es aux lipoprot\u00e9ines. He earned an M.S. and is currently a Ph.D. Candidate in the Biological and Biomedical Sciences (BBS) Ph.D. program at Harvard University.\u00a0He has experience in science policy as an intern at the Science and Innovation Network where he assisted in the science diplomacy functions of the British Consulate-General and as a research associate at TScan Therapeutics.
