Revivre le traumatisme est le sympt\u00f4me le plus caract\u00e9ristique du SSPT. Alors que de nombreux facteurs influencent le d\u00e9veloppement du SSPT, des variantes g\u00e9n\u00e9tiques peuvent conduire \u00e0 une pr\u00e9disposition accrue au d\u00e9veloppement du trouble. Pour identifier les facteurs de risque g\u00e9n\u00e9tiques possibles de revivre un traumatisme, cette \u00e9tude d&rsquo;association \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle du g\u00e9nome a examin\u00e9 164 643 v\u00e9t\u00e9rans afro-am\u00e9ricains et europ\u00e9ens. Huit variantes se sont av\u00e9r\u00e9es li\u00e9es \u00e0 une nouvelle exp\u00e9rience de traumatisme du SSPT, expliquant moins de 1 \\ u0025 de l&rsquo;h\u00e9ritabilit\u00e9. Les r\u00e9gions proches des g\u00e8nes CAMKV, KANSL1 et TCF4 \u00e9taient particuli\u00e8rement significatives. CAMKV \u00e9tait auparavant associ\u00e9 au niveau de scolarit\u00e9 et TCF4 est connu pour \u00eatre associ\u00e9 \u00e0 la schizophr\u00e9nie.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>LE SAVIEZ-VOUS?<\/strong> Il existe diverses th\u00e9rapies psychiatriques qui peuvent aider \u00e0 traiter le SSPT.
