Cette \u00e9tude a examin\u00e9 51 372 individus d&rsquo;origine danoise et islandaise afin de trouver des variantes g\u00e9n\u00e9tiques associ\u00e9es \u00e0 la CUD. L&rsquo;association la plus forte identifi\u00e9e \u00e9tait avec un variant qui diminue l&rsquo;expression du g\u00e8ne CHRNA2 dans le cerveau. Ce g\u00e8ne code pour une partie du r\u00e9cepteur nicotinique de l&rsquo;ac\u00e9tylcholine, qui est une prot\u00e9ine qui permet \u00e0 certaines mol\u00e9cules de passer dans la cellule lorsque des substances chimiques nicotine ou ac\u00e9tylcholine y sont li\u00e9es. Des variantes du g\u00e8ne CHRNA2 ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 li\u00e9es \u00e0 la d\u00e9pendance \u00e0 la nicotine.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>LE SAVIEZ-VOUS?<\/strong> Actuellement, les options de traitement pour la CUD sont plut\u00f4t limit\u00e9es. Cependant, plusieurs types de th\u00e9rapie comportementale semblent bien fonctionner. Il existe \u00e9galement des \u00e9tudes en cours qui visent \u00e0 trouver des m\u00e9dicaments qui peuvent aider \u00e0 la d\u00e9pendance au cannabis.
