Certaines des affections les plus courantes sont les accidents vasculaires c\u00e9r\u00e9braux isch\u00e9miques des petits vaisseaux, r\u00e9sultant de vaisseaux sanguins durcis, et l&rsquo;h\u00e9morragie intrac\u00e9r\u00e9brale, qui survient lorsque les vaisseaux sanguins du cerveau \u00e9clatent. Le CSVD entra\u00eene g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement un d\u00e9clin cognitif, des troubles du mouvement et peut conduire \u00e0 la d\u00e9pression.
