Cependant, les facteurs g\u00e9n\u00e9tiques qui d\u00e9terminent la long\u00e9vit\u00e9 humaine ne sont pas bien compris. En utilisant une nouvelle strat\u00e9gie de regroupement par pays, sexe et ann\u00e9e de naissance, cette \u00e9tude a examin\u00e9 10 000 personnes qui ont v\u00e9cu plus longtemps que leurs pairs et identifi\u00e9 plusieurs variantes g\u00e9n\u00e9tiques associ\u00e9es \u00e0 une dur\u00e9e de vie plus longue. Une telle variante est dans le<a href=\"https:\/\/nebula.org\/blog\/fr\/apolipoproteine-e-apoe\/\"> ApoE<\/a> g\u00e8ne, qui joue un r\u00f4le important dans le maintien de niveaux sains de graisses dans le corps en les transportant dans la circulation sanguine.
